二、学情分析
本册针对学生年级为五年级,而五年级的学生通过上学年的学习积累和学习生活应该已经养成良好的学习习惯,同时应该掌握本课之前所学的重点句型,能够准确听懂并正确读出课文。
三、教学目标
1、知识目标
学生能够熟知并掌握Who is ___ing?/-Where is XXX? –There you are!句型,理解该句意思,并能掌握和正确对答。
2、能力目标
学生能够运用所学问句句型进行流利地对话、排演,并能将所学句型自然地应用到日常生活中去,激发学生英语口语实践兴趣,提高学生日常口语对话能力和对日常生活中英语句子的理解能力。
3、情感目标:
打造“智慧课堂”,做到将课堂还给学生,营造轻松、愉快地英语学习氛围,可以让学生在自主、合作、探究的过程中去感悟英语的美,口语的魅力,不断激发学生英语学习的兴趣。
4、学习策略目标:
可以通过本课的学习让学生不断熟悉、掌握知识点,最终可以做到理解与实践完美结合。
四、教学重点、难点:
1、教学重点:学生可以掌握Who is ___ing?/-Where is XXX? –There you are!问答句型,并能正确流利地说出。
2、教学难点:学生可以将“谁正在做什么?”、“谁在哪里?”提问句型熟练地运用到生活实际之中

多媒体设备、教学录音cd、单词卡片、多媒体cd
六、教学过程:
Step 1. Review.
1. 多媒体展示一组人物动作图片,并提问:What are they doing?回答:They are on the train..
2. 将学生分为两两一组进行dialogue
Q: What is the woman doing?
A:The woman is reading the newspaper.
Q:What is the man doing?
A:The man is playing cards.
3. Greeting.
Hello! Boys and girls .The pictures are about last lesson,can you recognize these sentence correctly? OK, we will have our new lesson this time. Now I have two questions, one is “Is everyone excited about the trip?”, the other is “Who is singing on the train?” Let’s read the book and find out answer.
【设计意图】:教师在进行新课程内容之前对上节课重点内容进行提问,可以加深学生对上节课知识点印象加深,对知识点的掌握也可以更为牢固,同时也为本节课课程内容的展开做好基础准备,可以尽快营造英语学习氛围,自然而然地抓住学生注意力,提高本节课学习效率。
Step 2: New Concepts:
1. Story time: Danny is lost!
Ask the students to open their books to page 12 and look at the pictures .The teacher make notes on the blackboard .Help the students by asking questions.
T:Who is going on a trip to Beijing?
S:Jenny,Danny,Li Mingand Mrs.L are going on a trip to Beijing.
T:Who drives them to the train station?
T:Mr.Lidrives them to Beijing.
T:Who is lost?
S:Danny is lost.
采用领读法,带领学生诵读句子,读两至三遍,然后提出上述问题,要求学生带着问题再次阅读本课。让
【设计意图】:通过让学生进行小组对话,担任角色朗读,来达到锻炼学生口语能力的目的,同时分组进行可以提高学生竞争意识,积极主动地开始英语学习,;而在学生能流利读出课文后,要求学生再次带着问题去读,可以提高学生阅读理解能力。
2. Where does Mr. Li find Danny?

? S:In a fruit shop.
? T: Good job!Ok,tell me what is Danny doing there?
? S:Danny is buying some fruit.

【设计意图】:在学生带着问题深读过课文后,通过对原课文内容的不断提问来提高学生阅读量理解能力,从而达到学生真正理解文章意思,并能复习到之前学过句型,对已学知识的回顾。
3 Talk about the pictures
情景铺设:要求学生此时闭上眼睛回忆story内容,同时假设场景,即大家即将开始一场旅行,由李先生驱车带着大家到达火车站,此时,问题来了,Danny去了哪里?
T:Mr.Li drives everyone to the train station,all of us are excited,but,wait!Where is Danny? Let’s recall the text.
S:Danny is in the fruit shop.. .
【设计意图】:情境导入教学法培养学生学习积极性,更加感性地接受所学知识,印象也更为牢固。
Step 3 Practice
全班学生按照组分配,每一组四个人,分别担任旁白、Jenny、Danny和Mr.Li,按照角色进行场景对话。
【设计意图】:场景对话可以将学生置于情景之中,激发学生潜能,更好地展示动作和提高口语能力。
