教学目标:
1、 知识目标:能在听说读写方面掌握和运用一些关于天气的单词,能听说What’s your favourite season? My favourite season is _______.熟练运用句型进行交流。
2、 能力目标:能用英语谈论自己最喜欢的季节的气候,所穿的服装,适合做的活动。
3、 情感态度和价值观目标:让学生在应用的过程中体会英语的实用性,体会学英语、用英语的乐趣。
教学重点:What’s your favourite season? My favourite season is _______.
教学难点:对各个季节的天气、服装、做的事情的理解和描述。
教具准备:四张关于四季的图片,四季的单词卡,录音机。
教学过程:
Step1: Warming up and Revision
1、 问候:
T: Hello,everyone.
Nice to meet you.
How’s the weather today?
2、 复习:
T: Today I have a good news to tell you. What is it ?
T: We will have an English weather forecast time on Mondays. So we need some weather men. They can tell us how the weather is every day. And we will know if we should put on or take off some clothes. Do you want to be a little weather man?
T:Can you speak good English? Do you know about seasons backwards? Really? Show me, please.
(设计思路:教师配合手势表情等体态语言让学生理解教师的意思,由一个真实的情境激发学生对接下来的英语学习渴望,让学生认识到英语的应用性)
1)、将季节单词与图片对应
T:Look at this picture what can you see ? what season is it ?
What else seasons do you know?
2、谈每个季节的气候特征和所穿的服装
1)T:Do you know how’s the weather in spring,summer,fall and winter?
1.Draw four windows about the weathers.
Point to the windows and say It’s rainy/snowy/windy/sunny. Then ask the volunteers How’s the weather? It’s ____.
T: Yes, It’s snowy. Look, this is snow. Do you like snow? Why?
S1: Yes, I like snow very much. Because it’s cold and white. It looks like a white flower. Then teach sun, rain, wind in the same way. The students can say the new words well. (教授天气特征的词语0
2)What do you wear in different seasons? Say it in your groups. Everyone chooses one season. If you pass, maybe you are the weather man.
设计思路:对前面学过的旧知识进行复习,为接下来的学习做铺垫,鼓励他们继续努力。另外通过比赛的形式,刺激学生的学习欲望。
Step2: Presentation and Practice
1、What is your favourite season? My favourite season is _______.
T: What’s your favourite season? Can you tell me?
Ss: My favourite season is ________.
T: You can ask your friend what his/her favourite season is.
(同学之间可以自由的互相询问。教师请几组学生来展示自己的交流成果。)
设计思路:通过及时的巩固操练,加深对新知识的印象
2.What do you do in winter?
1) T: What are they doing ?
(为学生提供更多的活动资源,拓展他们的知识)
T:What do you do in your favourite season? What do you do in spring,summer, fall and winter?
(和学生一起来回顾各个季节能做什么事。并将本课的关于每个季节的活动板书在黑板上,引导学生反复强化。)
Step3: Extension and Consolidation
1、整理所学知识,展示对话
T: Just now ,everyone is great. But we only need three litter If you can do a good job, you are the weather man. Talk about your favourite season in your groups.
T: You must listen carefully so you have a chance to be a weather men.
设计思路:对话的展示综合了本单元所有的重点,对话的形式既是对新知识的巩固又是对旧知识的一个综合的输出过程。教师进行有意识的调控让学生注意聆听。
2.Sing a song.
Let’s sing a song about seasons. The first time ,only listen. The second time, try to follow it.
3、homework
Finish the chart and the composition,please. And then talk about your favourite season with your friends.
