一、教材分析
这是第一单元的复习课，本单元以前面的知识为基础，让学生学会新的词汇，提高听说技能。本单元的教学内容是介绍一些农场里的动物，简单了解这些动物们的特征。此外，还涉及到了in,on,under等方位词。
二、学生分析
三年级的孩子已经有一定的英语基础并有强烈表现欲望，他们也喜欢小动物，抓住孩子们的这一心理特点，我在教学中设计了表演、对话、歌唱等活动，为他们提供了一个展示自己的平台，充分调动了孩子们的积极性。
一、教学目标：
（一）知识目标：
1. 学生能够听懂、会说、认读并书写本单元下列词汇：farm farmer duck cow pig 等动物单词。
2. 学生能认读、理解并口头运用下列重点句型：
what is this ? It’s a ___ .
Is this a ___? Yes, it is. No,it isn’t.
Can a __ __? Yes, it can. No, it can’t.
Where is the____? It’s on/in/under the___.
（二）能力目标：
1、提高学生听、说、玩、演、唱的能力，形成综合运用语言的能力。
2、培养小组合作精神，提高学生互助能力。
（三）情感态度目标：
1、学生有兴趣听英语、说英语、做游戏；
2、学生敢于开口，乐于开口，能够积极主动地参与课堂活动
3、培养学生热爱动物，热爱大自然的良好品质。
（四）学习策略目标：
帮助学生形成以下基本的学习策略：
1、在学习和课堂活动中集中注意力；
2、对所学内容主动练习和实践；
3、在词汇与相应事物之间建立联想。
